How do I place an order?

You can order your Hide-a-mic products in the webshop, at your favorite location audio store or you can send an email with to sales@hideamic.com. You will receive a mail and an invoice when your order is processed.

Payment

Hide-a-mic accepts Direct Bank Transfer (SEPA), all major credit cards and Paypal and Wire Transfer.

  • Paypal. Upon check out in the web store you can choose for Paypal. You also can request a Paypal payment and order via e-mail sales@hideamic.com
  • All major credit cards are accepted in the webshop. Payments are processed by third party payment platforms (Stripe and PayPal) through a secure connection.
  • Direct Bank Transfer. If agreed, you can make your money transfer from your bank to ours IBAN: NL25RABO 0393501930, BIC: RABONL2U.

Shipping

Hide-a-mic ships its products as a normal post package. On the front of the envelope will be a customs declaration form. The buyer is responsible to pay any duties and taxes imposed by the government of the country that you live in.

When you order your Hide-a-mic in the webshop you have two shipping options. With and without Track and Trace. Without track and trace it is dependent on where you live how long it will take. With Track and Trace you will be able to see where the package is. Track and Track and trace code will be provided by Hide-a-mic sales after your package has left the office.

Express shipping

If you are in desperate need of our products and you want to receive your order within a few days or even overnight, we can ship with Fedex for intersetting rates. The extra costs will be charged to the buyer. Please send an email to sales@hideamic.com if you want to use this service.

Returns & Refund

Hide-a-mic products can be returned within 30 days after purchase. If you are not satisfied with a Hide-a-mic product, you have to contact us within 30 days after purchase to be eligible for any exchange or refund.

The purchase must be returned in ‘new condition’ and with all original packaging and materials. The standard of ‘new condition’ will be determined by the Hide-a-mic team upon return.

Return shipping charges including any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Hide-a-mic wil not be responsible for any returned product lost in transit.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We try our best to get your order on the road as quick as possible. Usually the same day or else the day after. To keep the shipping costs as low as possible we ship with PostNL. Depending on where you live you must receive your order within a day or 10 after it left our office.

Do I have to pay VAT?

Orders placed from The Netherlands are liable to local 21% BTW. Orders placed from within the EU have to pay 21% VAT unless a valid EU VAT identification number is provided. You can enter this number upon check out in our webshop where it will be checked via the VIES system. Orders from other parts of the world (non-EU, NL) will be processed without any added sales tax.

How secure is shopping in your webshop?

Hide-a-mic.com is a safe place to shop. We only collect your information for the processing of your order. Privacy and safety are our number one priority and we guarantee your privacy and security in our webshop and payment process.

Our payment process is operated by external payment platforms (Stripe and PayPal). The information needed to complete a payment is send to these companies via a secure and encrypted connection a can/will not be monitored by any of Hide-a-mic’s employees or other party involved.

The Dutch privacy protection law is applied on all our services.
